What are we looking for-
We need our Zonal Managers to design strategic sales and customer management plans. Develop and share best practices across the organization. Play a hands-on role with the field sales organization, maintaining personal presence and high visibility in the field.
A highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel and accustomed to working in a highly fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- This position is responsible for leading the sales team in Bangalore and Delhi/NCR to support aggressive targeted acquisition of premium customers.
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Implement the premium value strategy and increase market share in the respective regions through a team of sales managers and premium sales force.
- Creative, Analytical and Strategic thinking ability to analyse business opportunities and read situations well.
- Gathering market intelligence on products, competition, opportunities, new avenues, latest trends et al.
- Capable of developing compelling strategies that deliver results.
- You will have to constantly set higher benchmarks in adherence to processes and also identify and make improvements in process, efficiency, enablement, and productivity.
- Implementing 'Grabhouse way of Sales' in your team and making sure it is strictly followed by each of your fellow team members and at each stage of 'Qualify' to 'Close' lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Management Post Graduates from Tier I (preferred) institutes with 1-3 years of experience in managing and leading go-getter sales teams in eCommerce/Insurance/Telecom sector.
- Strong analytical skills to develop Operational Plan that aligns with the
- Strategic Plan and targets for the sales team.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
