Grabhouse is a tech startup in real estate sector which was founded with a vision to change the face of real estate in India. We help people find flats, flatmates and tenants without brokers. We have grown from a team of 2 to 40, from 1 city to 4 cities in just one year and have raised 4 rounds of funding.

With advancement in technology and comfort of people in using websites for their day to day needs, real estate deserves a fresh approach. It needs to be accurate, fast, hassle free, on mobile and broker free! We are a team of thinkers, doers, problem solvers, developers, artists and optimists working relentlessly to change mindsets and challenge notion of the world that the only to find quality accommodation is through a broker. The Social Media Manager will implement the company's Social Media marketing. Administration includes content strategy, develop brand awareness. The Social Media manager is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing the Company's content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership.

Responsibilities

- What you post on your Social channels is the foundation for all your other Social Media marketing.

- The Social Media manager must perform a - Brand Discovery-, which outlines what it is about your business that makes it unique.

- Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.

- Curate relevant content to reach the company's ideal customers,and manage all published content (images, video and written. Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.

- Compile report for management showing results (ROI).Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

- Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews.

- Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly. Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

- Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.

- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.

Skills

- Excellent English writing skills, strong vocabulary, good reading and comprehension skills is a must have. Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.

- Creating brand communication strategies for our client brands.

- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media. (Give links to profiles as examples).

- Proficient in content marketing theory and application.

- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.

- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

Qualifications and Experience

Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
