Founded in July 2013, Grabhouse is India's first 100% broker-free online rental platform, which aims to solve real estate problems through technology. Rental estate market has not changed much in past 20 years where brokers are still part of the process and charging hefty fees for providing accommodation, that being perfect is not even in question. We, at Grab-house, are striving hard to remove the middle men from the rental real es-tate industry and bring transparency in the process and the same can be achieved by the best technology and design.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- The Account Manager will be responsible for end to end property management services for Grabhouse affiliated properties.
- Interact with property owners, on board suitable properties for property management services
- Develop thorough understanding of the market, set initial rent levels,collect monthly rents
- Market the property through suitable channels to ensure properties are not vacant throughout the year
- Consistent screening and ownership of tenant profiles, identify the right tenant who will have longer tenancy, pay rents on time
- Handling owner terms, contracts and ensure the interests of the owner are protected end to end.
- Handle complaints and emergencies faced by tenants, move outs, evictions
- End to end management of the property including regular maintenance and emergency repairs
- Have/Develop a fair knowledge of the local market, knowledge of leasing/renting terms and legal aspects
Required Skills and Experience :
- Adhering to timelines/targets with a strong focus on KPIs.
- Overseeing budgets and expenditure on a property level
- Graduates from reputed Institutes with 2-12 years of experience into Sales, Field - Sales in Online industry. MBA preferred.
- Excellent oral and written/communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
- Street smart, friendly, energetic and young individuals who love meeting new faces.
- High ethical standards and Prevent ability is must.
