Operations and Strategy Manager (National Level) - Internet/ Online - 4-6 yrs of Exp - 14 to 17 lpa

Role description:

The Operations and Strategy Manager is responsible for providing Strategic leadership to the Data Collection/Sales Team across the nation. This includes:

- Designing optimised process flows to develop processes around data collection/ sales/marketing activities.

- Mapping and controlling the overall company strategy by defining and tracking targets/ incentives, overseeing budgets and expenditure, honing data collection/ salesprocesses and continuously optimising tasks.

- Defining timelines/targets/ incentives with a strong focus on KPIs for the Data Collection/Sales Team. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, data collection methods, costs and results, against the Operational Plan.

- Rolling out standard training materials for all recruits into Data Collection/ Sales across India.

- Work in-hand with the Data Scientist/ Business Analyst to project the best operational processes. Also, work with the Digital Marketing/ Brand Manager to ensure alignment with marketing strategy, processes.

- Improving operational effectiveness and define operating plans, processes and procedures, while working with the existing City Heads to align more focus on quality data collection/ sales support and mentoring.

- Carry out competitive analysis and market sizing for new opportunities.

- Reporting directly to the existing CBO.

Required Skills and Experience

- MBA from reputed Institutes with 4-6 years of experience in developing the overall sales strategy, operational and organisational plan for sales team in Online/FMCGs/Banking/Insurance/Telecom sector.

- Ensure future performance of company through focus on innovation and long term strategy.

- Must have worked as Strategy/Operational/Regional head - a strong in‐depth knowledge of Sales cycles, Strategy alignment and process improvement is imperative for this role.

- Should have strong ability to develop Operational Plan that aligns with the Strategic Plan and targets for the firm.

- Executing the overall company strategy by managing and tracking targets and rolling out company trainings.

- Great Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the individuals around.

Note: Criteria to Apply

- Candidates from Online Industry/ FMCG/ Real Estate preferred.

- Excellent oral and written/communication skills in English.

- Should be a consistent performer in his previous role.
