We help people find flats, flat mates, PGs, hostels and tenants, but all without brokers. We have grown from a team of 2 to 105 individuals and from 1 city to 4 in just a year. At present we have a position open for the post of Neighborhood Specialist at Grabhouse

Position Title : Neighborhood Specialist

Position Type : Full time

Location : Bangalore, India

Typical hours : 11- 8 PM

Primary Job Responsibilities :

- Act as Brand Ambassadors for Grabhouse to create a buzz about it in the market. As a process towards the same contacting the owners and convincing them to list their properties on Grabhouse

- Act as a front-end sales person for seekers and showing them various properties. Convincing them and giving detailed information about various properties and solving their queries in a dynamic and efficient way

- Develop and implement strategies for reaching listed properties.

- Handle internal operation and disseminate information to the Team.

- Taking house seekers for property visits.

- Define operating plans, processes and procedures, reporting to the existing City Head.

- Developing and executing team's operational plan with complete ownership of specific FOS are required to collect survey data/ photographs/ details of complexes/ buildings for particular localities in each of the defined territories in the city territories to map down all required data-points including photographs of the allotted localities using the FOS team.

- Creating enthusiastic customer base by introducing our leading services.
