Why We Exist:

Founded in July 2013, Grabhouse is India's first 100% broker-free online rental platform, which aims to solve real estate problems through technology. Rental estate market has not changed much in past 20 years where brokers are still part of the process and charging hefty fees for providing accommodation, that being perfect is not even in question. We, at Grabhouse, are striving hard to remove the middle men from the rental real estate industry and bring transparency in the process and the same can be achieved by the best technology and design.

Roles and responsibilities

- Hire senior and junior level engineers for different positions, eg: eb developer, UI developer, UI Designer, Product Manager, Project Manager, Mobile developer, Data scientist, Machine learning, etc.

- Partner with managers to craft attractive and relevant JDs for required openings in various department eg: Project Manager, Mobile developer, Data scientist, etc.

- Apply binary search to find relevant candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn.

- Use a consultative approach to identify and recommend the appropriate strategic recruiting plan (networks, referrals, cold calling, resume databases, etc.)

- Collaborate with management to build effective sourcing, assessment & closing approaches.

- Maintain & build a network of potential candidates.

- Recommend ideas and strategies for recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of Grabhouse.

- Responsible for niche hiring & critical search assignments.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in closing following positions: Web developer, UI developer, UI Designer, Product Manager, Project Manager, Mobile developer, Data scientist, Machine learning

- Experience in hiring for Leadership positions.

- MBA from a Tier - 1 University.

- 3+ years of experience in different HR functions.
