The SEO Head is responsible for spearheading the formulation, coordination and implementation of organization's SEO strategies. The incumbent should be goal oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal skills.

Your Roles & Responsibilities :

- Formulate, manage and implement SEO strategy for the organization

- Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies.

- Keep pace with SEO, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development.

- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations and manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword specific.

- Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, feeds, webmaster tools).

- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings.

What we expect from you :

- Post graduates from top B-schools (IIM/XLRI/FMS, etc) with 3-12 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Previous experience in online industry preferred

- Analytical, determined and have a rigorous work ethic to achieve goals that surprise everyone

- Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) process

- Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, Word Tracker, Keyword Planner, etc)

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration

- High- level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools

- Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources
