Founded in July 2013, Grabhouse is an online portal of real estate services with innovation and technical know-how as our core strengths. We have served over 10 lakh customers across 7 cities over India and have recently raised serious moolah ($10 million) in its Series B round of funding by reputed venture capitalists Kalaari and Sequoia.

Grabhouse, an online housing portal, was ideated with the thought of making house hunting, a day's process; that would help save time, money & efforts, taking the customer experience to the next level. Having served over 10,00,000 customers, Grabhouse has evolved with time catering to serve and meet the need of every seeker including specialized services for Senior Citizens, Student lettings, PG's, Flats, Apartments, Houses, Family Home.

Having started with a single employee in January 2013, we have grown to a team of 300 confident and proficient individuals with aspirations of being a team of 1000+ by March 2016. With 4 rounds of fund raising in the last two years, we plan to extend our services globally by the end of the year and be the first name people can relate to when they are looking for house rentals.

What are we looking for-

We need a brilliant Brand Manager to build marketing strategy in order to drive growth, improve brand equity & grow market share.

What do you bring :

- Creating and running the integrated brand marketing plan for Grabhouse

- Responsible for delivering the company's marketing plans including brand positioning, customer segment selection and penetration plans.

- Responsible for marketing communications including digital and conventional branding, public relations, advertising, seminars and events, marketing collateral materials, TV shows and market research management.

- Responsible for the development and implementation of consumer research plans and drive relationships with market research partners.

What we expect from you :

- MBA from Tier 1 Institute (Preferably from MICA or other Tier-1 institutes)

- 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role

- Experience in working within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment. High energy, "roll-up your sleeves" attitude and commitment to success are absolutely imperative.

Industry : FMCG (Non Food)
