What are we looking for :
We need brilliant Strategic & Operation managers for Grabhouse providing Strategic leadership & operational effectiveness to the Business Development/Sales Team. We are looking for experts who are front runners & have the ability to define, develop & strategize plans to implement process improvement in business.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Working with the Manager, Strategy and Operations for providing Strategic leadership to the Business Development/Sales Team.
- Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, data collection methods, costs and results, against the Operational Plan.
- Improving operational effectiveness of plans, processes and procedures, while working with the Manager to align more focus on quality data collection/ sales support and mentoring.
- Provide a comprehensive report on competitive analysis inclusive of pricing, product and business strategy & Setting up city level training process for new recruits.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Graduate/Post Graduate from Tier I Institutes with 1-5 years of experience in managing the sales team in Online/FMCGs/Banking/Insurance/Telecom sector. MBA preferred.
- Should have strong analytical skills to develop Operational Plan that aligns with the Strategic Plan and targets for the sales team.
- Executing team plans by managing and tracking targets & emphasizing process improvement and operational efficiency
- Gathering training requirements and honing data collection/ sales processes for continuously optimizing tasks
- Excellent communication & Leadership skills
