Talent Acquisition Head Key Skills: - Talent Acquisition, Team Management, Recruitment, Vendor Management, Salary Negotiation, Performance Management. - Position: Full Time - Experience: 7+ yrs - Location: Mumbai Key Responsibility : - Should be from a premium institute only. - Responsible for Talent Acquisition & Management, Business Partnering, Manpower Planning & Campus Hiring, leadership hiring, recruitment strategy, workforce planning, resource management. - Spearheading end-to-end activities in recruitment for IT, Non IT. - Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. - Research and choose job advertising options. - Lead and managing a team. - Lead the development and implementation of an overall talent acquisition strategy for the company, accountable for designing, implementing, and leading company-wide recruitment processes that establish and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified candidates with the greatest efficiency. - Negotiating skills while closing deals with vendors. - Responsible for successful delivery of all requirements within TAT. - Develop and manage recruiting reports. - Collate Recruitment data, conduct data analysis and provide reports to stakeholders as required. - Making MIS & presentation for review & manpower & revenue (P&L) Planning. - Manage attrition through skip level meetings, planning interventions, engagement calendars. - Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques & position closing strategies. - Review and update recruitment software with appropriate information for Management Reporting. - Participate in job fairs and career events. - Prefer candidates from Startups.
