Position Type: Full-time Experience: 8+ years Location : Mumbai (Anyone who is ready to relocate to Mumbai) Degree: Should be from premium institute. - Should be currently working as Payroll Head. - Payroll Head responsibilities include auditing the entire payroll process, verifying and approving exemptions and salary changes and setting guidelines for all procedures around compensation. - Should have previous experience managing payroll for a large organization. - Set up, maintain and streamline the payroll process. - Audit the transactions to match with actual disbursement vs computed data. - Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to create payroll reports. - Coordinate external audits. - Supervising a team of payroll managers and executives to ensure payroll process is followed, timely disbursement and post salary analysis is done.
