The company has launched a direct to home ecommerce based consumer &amp; distribution platform to supply milk, dairy products &amp; related F&amp;B products directly to consumer homes. This service is offered by the company initially in Indore &amp; Bhopal city market before expanding it to other cities Work Profile : 1. Responsible for acquiring residential customer base via door to door team, community &amp; society campaigns 2. Developing sales targets &amp; plan based on market assessment, generating customer acquisition as per targeted plan 3. Responsible for hiring &amp; training promoter team, conducting events &amp; BTL campaigns to acquire &amp; onboard consumers 4. Responsible for onboarding &amp; managing delivery agents to handle consumer delivery &amp; collection 5. Will be measured on trials generated, conversion rate, no of customers onboarded/active subscriptions and customer acquisition cost Experience : 1. Should have worked in similar role in directly selling to consumers in ecommerce, retail, B2C consumer products or services for min 3-5 years 2. Should have experience in handling team of sales promoters &amp; field executives working in a direct consumer sales function 3. Should have experience in building sales &amp; delivery operations from scratch for a B2C consumer company 4. Expertise in executing BTL activities, getting permissions &amp; conducting promotion events in residential societies is required 5. Candidates with experience in Bhopal &amp; Indore consumer market are preferred
