Achieving sales coverage &amp; growth by conducting market survey, appointing distributors, managing &amp; increasing retail coverage &amp; HORECA sales 2. Working &amp; executing sales policies &amp; promotion schemes to achieve targeted growth across segments &amp; key retail outlets 3. Managing city logistics for timely delivery to distributors &amp; ensuring distributors are servicing the market as per identified targets 4. Ensuring timely collection of funds from distributors Required Candidate profile :&nbsp; 1. Should have worked in liquid milk sales handling a sales volume of minimum 15000-25000 ltr per day 2. Should have worked on achieving volume growth in a new area/city and worked on establishing sales systems in a new area as well 3. Should be hands on in working in the market with distributors, building a retail network 4. Should be independently responsible for ensuring volume growth, logistics &amp; collection in the assigned city market area 5. Candidates from FMCG background can also apply 6. Candidates with Indore, Bhopal FMCG market experience preferred
