Governance Risk & Audit Lead - IT Captive

Position: Governance Risk & Audit Lead (7-10 yrs) (Leading MNC IT Captive)

Role and Requirements:

- Identifying and highlighting risks/issues on weekly intervals, and working with team to close them

- Monthly metrics analysis

- Integrated Project Reviews - Weekly Monitoring and Controlling of ongoing projects

- Facilitation and training of Root Cause Analysis

- Audits: Plan audits and execute as per plan

- Training teams on processes as needed

- Sharing Best Practices and Lessons Learnt with the project organization.

Requirements:

- 7-9 yrs of experience

- Should have worked on a Governance Risk and Audit role in an IT Captive or an IT Company

- Good communication skills
