Governance & Development Role - Consulting Firm

Location: Delhi

This Position is with a startup firm, they are a governance and development consulting firm. Within three years of being founded, they have become the preferred partner for a number of state governments in India and currently works in close partnership with them to solve complex problems in the social and public sector.

We have multiple positions with them and different levels.

- Associate (MBA + 1-2 yrs / Graduation + 3-4 yrs)

- Manager (MBA + 4 to 5 yrs)

- Program Lead (MBA + 5-7 yrs)

Requirement:

1) Excellent communication skills.

2) Proven ability in straddling multiple roles that include timely project delivery, client relationship management,quality assurance, team building and mentor ship, business development, brand visibility and thought leadership.

3) Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing

4) Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions

5) Experience in social sector preferred, but not compulsory.

6) Skills:

- Strategy Consulting

- Project Management - managing multiple projects at a given time.(2-3 projects)

- Portfolio management

7) Team Management - managing 5-8 member team.

8) Responsible for overall delivery of multiple projects, deepening relationship with clients, overall client management.

9) Keen working on projects which has a social impact.
