Gourmet Investments - Project Manager - PMP (6-8 yrs)
Job Purpose & KRA :
- End to end owner of project planning and rollout, keeping the budgets and deadline in mind.
- Develop a project road map and planning framework for each roll out that would be required as per dynamic business requirements
- Budgeting and keeping costs under check, in collaboration with other related functions.
- Develop innovating ways, aligned with the best practices in the industry, to reduce waste and efficient deployment.
- Manage changes, project scope, schedules, costs appropriately.
- Manager and report project performance progress reports to the stakeholders.
- Create and maintain correct project documentation and filing.
- Forecasting, Analyzing and mitigating risk, while the project is active and till it stabilizes.
- Co-ordinating with external vendors and stakeholders where required.
- Overall responsibility of developing Project Management an innovative and competitive function which can deploy new locations or recraft locations in a short time but with high quality aligned with industry benchmarks.
