Drive both traffic and conversions on own website, and drive traction across other channels jointly with offline head - Maximize growth across categories, cities, and customer segments. - Directly own brand-led growth efforts - Education to be from top tier MBA with stellar track record and an achiever orientation. - 8-12 years of experience, combination of consulting and startup growth roles (or mostly the latter) having led digital marketing in early years and grown into #2 positions in leading vertical commerce players such as Licious, Fresh to home, Big basket, Grofers, Swiggy insta, Zomato B2C etc., or in other vertical commerce plays such as Ola, Uber, Myntra, Mamaearth etc. - Strong proven track record in leading P&L and assuming full ownership of outcomes on topline. - Strong skills in marketing, sales, digital, customer experience, brand building. - Needs to be a strong people leader to manage and inspire high calibre teams. - Has to have long term orientation as it is an ESOP role, and needs to have a strong fit with personal passions and the space Gourmet Garden operates in.
