The ideal candidate would be a multi-tasker, be excited by problem- solving and have a strong understanding of consumer behavior. - Sets brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables. Prepare reports on marketing metrics - Collect and analyze consumer behavior data - Conduct market research and identify new opportunities - Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print communication - Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media - Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative - Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns Qualification : - Proficiency in MS Office - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field - MBA Preferred from Tier 1, Tier 2 - 2-3 years of experience in marketing / brand management - Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers - Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices - Strong project management skills
