- You have 7+ years experience with Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing or Product Marketing role.

- You are passionate about growth marketing, especially for the B2B industry which includes SaaS or Service.

- Have worked with startups and love the energy, dynamicity, and agility of working with startups.

- You are very updated of latest growth marketing trends and you love to read about what is happening in the industry.

- You are an amazing storyteller and understand the power of storytelling.

- You can make smart decisions independently and if you do mistakes you learn from them

- You are obsessed with data and customer relationships. You follow consumer psychology or behavioral economics to drive your campaigns for maximum ROI.

- You put profitability above creativity and make sure that the campaigns are helping us drive revenue in the long term.

- You are an amazing content writer and can create content for Copy, Blogs, Webinars, Ebooks... basically anything content.

- You prefer autonomy and enjoy being a part of the ecosystem where you- re making your own decisions rather than someone else telling you what you are supposed to do. Excited about solving tough problems. Big goals don- t scare you and you get intense satisfaction just by crushing those big goals.

- You have an eye for beautiful designs and really care to put the best designs in front of the customers.

To apply, you should know the following things :

- How to design, execute and scale growth campaigns and should have a proven track record for the same.

- Understand how content marketing works and how to use it to scale the lead funnel.

- Experiments like A/B testing or Multivariate testing to optimize conversions.

- Landing pages and websites and making sure that they are well optimized for conversions.

- Data Analysis using Excel, R or any other methods. This includes things like Vlookup, Pivot tables or scripting.

- Using social media to scale the brand following. Putting in the right hacks on our social media channels to scale the followings and leads

- Cold Email Marketing

- SEO, both on-page and off-page.

- Bonus point if you know HTML, CSS or basic script writing.

You will be doing :

- Identifying growth channels that are repeatable and scalable and scale those channels phenomenally.

- Work with the founders to take strategic decisions and scaling the company

- Scale the team for the repeatable and scalable channels.
