We are seeking an Operations Manager who will not back down in the face of challenge, who is ready to try new things and is ready to make history together with the rest of the team at Goody. Life at Goody is fast-paced, thrilling, and we are constantly doing things no one has ever done before. The ideal candidate will manage and drive cross-departmental projects and formulate strategies to amplify validated learnings across markets.

What you'll do:

- Build and lead a process optimization team as a regional role to improve Goody driver supply across all markets

- Identify replicable best practices and opportunities for standardization

- Identify gaps between Standard Operating Procedures and on ground execution for market enforcement

- Continual Standard Operating Procedures and supporting tools development, improvement, training and coaching

- Work with different teams to automate standardized processes and improve process effectiveness and efficiency

- Closely communicate and collaborate with representatives of different markets to facilitate understanding, initiatives planning and execution, learnings, implementation and enforcement to address local problems and opportunities

What you'll need:

- Master's degree holder in any disciplines

- At least 2-5 years of experience in a fast-moving environment or managing a driver community

- Experience in leading and motivating a team

- Experience in growing business performance across markets/regions preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively across different regions

- Analytical and data-driven, knowledge on spreadsheets, experience using analytical tools is an added advantage

- Curious about facts, able to empathize with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, and willing to dig deep and understanding underlying root causes

- Ability to champion new processes from plan to close

- Positive, passionate, proactive, highly self-initiative and attentive to details

- Proficiency in written and spoken English, other regional languages is an added advantage as this shall be a pivotal role to manage multiple regions

- Immediate availability is preferred
