Driver operations: constantly maintain a supplying effort by keeping a healthy pipeline of leads, by efficiently scheduling and training and effectively retaining driver partners on the platform.
Community management: actively moderate (bring people together), leverage, incentivise and manage the driver community to shape the best service quality to customers and the best worth for drivers partners.
Driver operations standards: identify, build and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues.
Business growth: develop local strategies for and oversee the growth of business through enlarging our customer base including the driver partners and shippers and maintaining good service quality as well as customer relationship.
Talent acquisition and management: build a team that strives to win and constantly track the efficiency of your team and the service quality provided to the network, and deploy corrective/improvement actions.
Responsibilities and Requirements:-
a) Leadership skills to deal with a large and diverse driver community. You have an enthusiastic attitude and are passionate about making our communities grow. You view every support interaction as a chance to impact our driver partners in a positive way. Superior management skills, ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers. The head will also pay a critical role in helping to shape and guide the future growth and development. Planning, hiring, training and effective utilization of resources in different functions.
b) Strong sense of prioritization, and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality. You will be responsible for the management of the overall quality and efficiency of operations. Organize and monitor effort to acquire new customer and driver partners in respective zones. Gather product and market intelligence for improvement of the product.
c) Strong integrity to make the best decisions for the company in every situation and stand firm without compromising. Foster a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, customer focus and service and encourages individual integrity. Implement new processes and refine existing processes in operations that fits within the organizational goals.
d) Data- and performance-driven to identify leverages and make the best decisions for the business in every situation. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business of corporation. With respect to operational matters, ensure communications, resolution of issues and project development. Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker. Develop, in collaboration with different stake holders and the managements operating plan that supports the long term operations strategy. Responsible complete city P&L and budget allocation
a) Business degree mandatory, a master's in business administration is preferred with at least 5 years of operational/leadership experience, preferably in a logistics or on-demand delivery or ride-sharing environment.
b) Excellent judgment, Analytical and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
c) Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies
d) Fluent in English. Fluency in a local language is a plus.
e) Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask.
