Job Overview : - Identify and implement key strategic initiatives to improve existing customer experience across virtual&nbsp;volunteering activities. - Identify process automation opportunities and work closely with the product team to execute and&nbsp;program manage implementation - Work with the non-profit partnership team to curate new Virtual Volunteering experiences for corporate&nbsp;employees - Support in analysing data to identify emerging trends, employee preferences and recommend actionable&nbsp;insights - Guide and supervise the team to smoothly execute events on a day-to-day basis. Requirements : - 5-8 years of work experience in consulting/ customer experience or related fields - Prior experience in managing a team - Passion for social impact initiatives. - Self-driven and proactive nature. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Curiosity to learn new things and learn on the job. - Accountability and personal organization are essential - Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple competing priorities - Ability to deal with ambiguity and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
