Key Responsibilities :

- Own employee NPS for Goodera's team-based virtual volunteering offering

- Build efficient processes to enhance cross-team collaboration and reduced manual errors

- Define and track adherence with checklists across different volunteering categories to standardize event execution, and hence volunteer experience

- Collaborate with the product team to build solutions that accurately and effectively automate manual processes/ interventions

- Conduct post-mortems with the team for events with low NPS and ensure that learnings get plugged into existing processes and checklists on a continuous basis

- Develop and publish weekly reports to the leadership for communicating progress against defined goals

- Seek and analyze qualitative as well as quantitative data to derive actionable insights to improve volunteer experience and collaborate with other relevant teams to get these implemented

Who you are :

- 4 to7 years of experience in program management roles, strong preference for prior work experience in a fast-paced set-up

- Prior experience in leading and managing mid-sized teams and in effectively working with multiple stakeholders

- Own like a Founder ; we are looking for an independent team captain who takes complete ownership of Goodera's volunteer experience

- High attention to detail and an obsession for perfection

- 'Do-er' with a positive attitude - not afraid to take challenges head-on and work a way around them.

- You are a builder. Sleeves up, coffee on! You aren't excited to make incremental improvements to something already great. Rather, you want to create something great from the ground up.

- Bold ; you are open to new ideas and experimenting
