Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and expansion across global virtual volunteering clients
- Lead cadence calls with international clients, identify and implement initiatives to avoid churn and explore avenues to up-sell and maximize revenue
- Work closely with internal teams - marketing, product, nonprofit partnerships, etc., to ensure successful project delivery
- Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability amongst current clients
- Liaison with product team to ideate, brainstorm and suggest changes in the product roadmap
- Own the business and influence the leadership team by sensitizing them towards new user insights, product changes, new features etc.
- Align key metrics and objectives with the leadership team.
Desired background:
- 3-6 years of work experience preferably in a client facing/account management role, cross-border exposure preferable.
