Job Title: Lead NGO GrowthLocation: BangaloreJob Overview: Goodera is looking for a candidate who can manage NGO partnership PAN India for offering the best volunteering opportunities/ experiences for our clientele. The goal is to ensure that Goodera has access to the best set of volunteering opportunities across various causes and types on a Pan-India level.
Responsibilities:- Able to establish new partnerships with NGOs and retain them long term with various ways of engagement
- Able to nurture the partnership to next level YoY and reduce churn (if any)
- Understand NGO scope of work and define volunteering opportunities for them as required
- Ensure proper due diligence is done for each NGO partner as per Goodera standards
- Liaise with NGO partners to source required volunteering opportunities and ensure that events happen smoothly and as per Goodera standards
- Train NGO partners, as required, to upskill them and add value to the partnership
- Design/Curate new set of events depending on the need of the hour and as per market requirements
- Maintain a catalog of opportunities as per the requirement to ensure that the demand for volunteering activities is fulfilled across various focus areas, event types, and locations
- Coordinate with Customer success managers and Event experience teams for managing events
Desired competencies : - Experience in handling partnerships (at least for the last 5years)
- Good at multitasking
- Ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Demonstrate high ownership and exude high energy in all tasks
- Excellent organizational and team coordination abilities
- Should be able to handle pressure and deadlines in an unstructured work environment
