Job Overview:

The Business Engagement team is the primary client facing team for Goodera's Enterprise clients. This team is responsible for understanding the client requirements, making sure that the deliverables are planned internally as well with the client.

As a member in this team, you will be working with 1 or more clients and will be required to understand the day-to-day operational tasks pertaining to the overall deliverables for the various stakeholders. This role will also require a strong understanding of the CSR ecosystem, applicable standards/ laws to work with Goodera's CSR/ Impact clients. At Goodera, we believe in deriving client value through data driven insights and onboard all our clients to the Goodera platform, the Business Engagement team members also require developing a fair understanding of the Goodera products.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Account Management -

- Ensure that Goodera is achieving profitability margins as defined by business imperatives.

- Ownership of contract renewal and invoice clearance for allocated portfolio of accounts

- Identify expansion opportunities through upsell/ cross sell and develop a feedback loop mechanism for all internal teams to provide market (client and referral) insights back into the system

2) Lead Program Delivery -

- Client engagement and client satisfaction parameters for allocated portfolio

- Program management, planning, scoping, resource management and overall delivery for your own portfolio and allocated clients programs

- Scope adherence and timely delivery of services/ product deliverables

3) Provide Strategic Consulting -

- Provide CSR program design and strategic consulting and share data-based insights to the client

- Help client to design/restructure programs in line with client's intent and that delivers real, measurable, sustainable impact.

- Co-ordination with NGO stakeholders/ client stakeholders (external) for timely delivery of services / deliverables Drive collaboration via internal project and knowledge management.

- Ensure quality of business engagement by regular client cadence, NGO cadence and supervising governance and leading internal project and knowledge management.

- Assess the clients CSR programs to review performance of the projects being implemented and provide recommendations to the client.

- Understand the client's vision and co-develop the roadmap for adhering to the client's Impact / CSR goals and projects.

4) Market insights and feedback loop -

- Develop a feedback loop mechanism for all internal teams to provide market (client and referral) insights back into the system

5) Team Management -

- Resource management and identifying training needs for the team.

- Performance management for the team

Requirements:

- A minimum 7-10 years experience in CSR, Project management or equivalent consulting experience.

- Possesses stakeholder management and client influencing, relationship building skills.

- Ability to research on trending topics on CSR, changes in CSR law, collaborate with NGOs and other similar stakeholders.

- Basic understanding of impact evaluation frameworks necessary for reporting and reviewing programmatic performance like LFA, TOC and utilization for financial performance etc.

- Strategic thinking, problem solving skills, a bias toward action and ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.

- Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.

- A passionate coach for your high performing team and empowers the team and leads with empathy and integrity.

- Basic Excel and MS Word skills, along with excellent presentation and communication skills.
