Roles & Responsibilities - Your will be's: Manage treasury activities including fund management, debt & working capital management, financial risk management, and treasury operations Managing banking finance activities in Purchase (Export/Domestic) Surplus funds investment to increase the ROI on surplus funds. Lead bank relationship management including selection of banks, negotiation of credit lines, and ongoing optimization of service quality and pricing Analyzing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activities for foreign trade transactions (Forex, swaps, loans, deposits, etc.) Evaluation of export contracts from the point of view of mitigation of Payment Risks and compliance of Financial Statutes including analysis of financial statements of prospective clients to advise Marketing/Commercial Teams in the matter. Monitor and measure liquidity and funding requirements; identify various banking and market products to improve the management of cash flow. Managing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging etc.) Ensure robust documentation of all treasury reporting processes and ensure continuous review and improvement to enhance the efficiency of processes and systems Requirement: CA with 5-8 years of work experience in the E-commerce/Consumer Electronics/FMCG Industry Should have strong experience in managing the treasury function as well as experience in treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow, and various financial instruments. You have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
