Your Roles & Responsibilities - Your Will be's : - Factory Operation (Local Production - SKD/ CBU ), Government Liaising, Quality & Supply chain management Quality management - You will build and lead a world class team that will ensure top quality - Responsible long-term Quality Strategy planning & execution - Setting up of Overall Quality Organization for Noise - Accountable for Steering Overall Quality activities Noise products - Policy formulation, KRA & KPI Setup for team - Hire, Lead, Train and Mentor a high performing Supplier - Quality Assurance team and drive Supplier Quality processes across to meet agreed objectives and deliver best practice results - Lead supplier development strategy by designing processes, metrics, and systems - Mandate the use of problem solving and continuous improvement techniques such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). - Work with Engineering functions (Designers and Manufacturing Engineers) and Supplier Management teams to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet Noise product and process requirements - Work with the Auditing function, IPQC, IQC and PQ to prioritize the Supplier Audits, identify Suppliers who are improving and those that are deteriorating on quality. And work with the Manufacturing Engineering and Supplier Management team to drive Supplier Development activities. - Deploy SCM Strategy according to superior strategy and define and ensures implementation of SCM standards, regulations and guidelines - Follow up daily production plan & ensure on time delivery to meet the business plan - Negotiate and seals strategic SCM related contract agreements, decides SLA - Vendor Selection and finalization of quotations, negotiations of freight and material cost - Import & Export shipment planning - Selecting carriers (Air/ Sea) /suppliers and monitor service against performance criteria - Responsible to communicate with Regulatory bodies to obtain Certification, Licensing etc. - Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance - Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers. - Responsible for bill discounting, Letter of Credits etc. - The Ideal "Noisemaker" - Strong Negotiation, Operational & Interpersonal Skills - Passion to solve problem aggressively - Must have experience in Import Operations/Logistics - Prior experience in working with China ODMs/OEMs - Strong vendor management - Knack for thriving in Fast Paced Environment - Data Driven and Conceptualization specialist - 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
