Head - Marketing The Head of Marketing at Noise would primarily be involved with developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence and help it find a - voice- that will make a difference. POSITION SUMMARY : Your WILL BEs : - Develop a brand perception which propels the company to achieve the aspiration of being considered by the industry as the category leader. - Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Media Planning & Buying, Project Management and Community Development. - Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to create awareness of the company's business activities - Lead creative development to build brand recall among target audience leading them to act. - Be a thought leader and work closely with Product and Growth team to create the strategy for marketing campaigns across all channels; print, broadcast, and online platforms. - Lead and mentor a high-performing, collaborative marketing as well as design & creative teams, deliver on the positivity and can-do attitude you bring. Delegate and empower the teams, avoiding bottlenecks and maximizing the value you can extract from each team member. - Responsible for ensuring that teams produces valuable content for the company's online presence & offline presence. - Plan, Deploy and Manage the marketing budgets for various channels, taking complete responsibility for online growth, revenues, unit economics & marketing ROI. - Devise innovative brand engagement opportunities - Devise complete social media strategy to drive actionable results from social media campaigns The Ideal - Noisemaker : - You have 8+ years of proven experience as Marketing Head in a premium organization - You have extensive experience and proven record in brand planning/strategy, Online brand engagement, creative development, measurement and execution. - You have experience in working with large budgets and finding the most effective and efficient way of reaching customers. - MBA in Marketing / Communications or relevant field - Excellent leadership and organizing skills - Analytical and creative thinking - Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills - Up to speed with current marketing techniques and best practices - This role requires both a strategic and hands on approach, with direct involvement in the execution and management of activities.
