Come be a part of our journey - it's still Day One! www.gonoise.com Role & Responsibilities: - Translate the founder's vision & priorities into insights & actionable - Work with the organization leadership team for high-impact project delivery - Drive strategic initiatives across various functions - Monitor progress of key projects and ensure high quality & timely output - Ensure key decisions are made, implemented, tracked, and updated - Act as a sounding board and strategic partner for the founder for new ideas and initiatives - Create necessary presentations, data & reports for internal & external forums, meetings, and reviews - Understand the pulse of the organization & support team members on various projects Requirement - MBA from a Premier B-School - 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or as chief of staff. Prior experience in a high-growth start-up will be an added advantage - Ability to structure, summarise & present complex topics effectively - Strong executive presence with the ability to manage a high-intensity, high-growth environment - Comfortable in multitasking and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive initiatives - Entrepreneurial nature with high learning agility & growth mindset Personal attributes - Impact orientation: Hunger to convert thought into action and drive impact - High ownership: Willingness to roll up sleeves and lead by example - Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving and data orientation - Strong communication: Effectiveness and clarity in written and verbal communication
