Payroll Manager - GoMechanic
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end to end payroll for 1500+ on role and off role employees and interns, across cities
- Responsible for timely and correct processing of salary, incentives, variables, reimbursements, etc.
- Collation of payroll input and processing the same
- POC for solving payroll and tax related for the employees
- Organizing payroll helpdesk to elevate employee experience
- Execute the payroll related compliances
- Liaison with the finance team to for seamless payout
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of relevant work experience
- Analytical Approach and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments
- Result oriented and ready to take ownership
- Must have a desire to make impact and high work ethics
