1) Breaking up business problem statements into small actionable Analytical/Data Science problems

2) Provide thought leadership on problem definition and defining the key metrics to target

3) Create business cases for data to be employed as a key differentiator in the market

4) Undertake make vs buy decisions on data platform employment

5) Create data models to test and implement business hypothesis

6) Prepare dashboards to track performance and responsiveness of the model in production

7) Work with business leaders to capture and implement all data requirements

8) Build the entire Analytics architecture creating real time data feeds for effective decision making and performance management

9) Create a data centric decision making culture, influencing decisions on marketing spends, expansion, operations initiatives etc.

Requirements:

1) Overall experience of 3-5 yrs. in Advanced Analytics/ Business Intelligence/Business Analytics

2) Strong expertise on SQL and working with relational systems

3) Prior experience of implementing machine learning models in production systems

4) Expertise on R/Python - Mandatory

5) Strong focus on adding value to business and ability to take complete ownership

6) Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering or similar technical field with relevant course work in probability, statistics and quantitative methods
