GoMechanic - Insurance Head

Job Description:

- Manage pan India operations for the insurance business

- Responsible for car repairs fulfillment under insurance

- Identify gaps (process/ people/ workshops) in our current ecosystem and take measures to fulfill the same

- Liaise with regional teams for smooth co-ordination and operations management

- Drive process excellence and tech adoption within the team

- Manage escalations on a day-to-day basis

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate from tier 1 institute

- 4-5 years of Operations experience preferably in a vendor-driven business

- 1-2 years of startup experience
