Recruitment Specialist

GoMassive is looking to hire a Lead Recruiter @ Gurgaon!

GoMassive is a climate- / sustainability-focused company which runs a venture capital (VC) fund and supports climate-tech / sustainability / environmental startups in India's fast-emerging Climate Tech Investment sector.

We are looking for a dynamic go-getter to drive HR / Recruitment with us and help us source best-fit candidates to work in climate-tech space and assist in their onboarding.

Position - Recruitment Specialist

Location: Gurgaon

Contract: Full-time

Role:

- You will be working as Recruitment Specialist where you will work very closely with CEO's Office to hire and built a high-performance team.

- You must be well-versed with the online/offline recruiting tools & techniques; good at running background & reference checks; and comfortable making cold calls to potential candidates.

- It's a hardcore recruiting position in the dynamic start-up / investing space and would give you the best possible learning experience & exposure, and fast track your career.

We are looking for candidates with:

- Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's in HR / Sciences from a Tier-1 college.

- Experience: Minimum 6+ months of relevant experience in a similar role at a search firm / startup with a flair for recruiting.

- Age: Under 25 Years

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

As the Recruitment Specialist at Massive, you will:

- Use the online/offline recruiting tools & techniques to target right candidate pool.

- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.

- Cold-call potential candidates and be the first point of contact for the company, introducing it in the best possible light.

- Maintain a database of promising candidates.

- Schedule Interviews of shortlisted candidates.

- Do background & reference checks.

- Provide support to HR Head in recruitment related functions.

- Demonstrate composure & flexibility, regardless of competing priorities.

- Do it all day in and day out - with enthusiasm.
