- We are looking to hire Finance Graduates or CA with 1-3 years' experience in Investment Banking / Fundraising and aiming to get into Climate Tech.

- Go Massive is India's leading Climate Accelerator, which catalyses investments in Clean Tech startups and is also a sponsor of Climate Angels Fund - a SEBI-registered CAT 1 fund.

- The Investment banker role involves Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with VCs, Family offices and angel funds in India / Abroad which are focussed on the Climate Tech sector. Take charge of deals post-origination by the buy-side team. This includes business selection, IM preparation, structuring pitches, obtaining term sheets, and closing deals Build a strong knowledge base on sector trends, opportunities, industry views, and comparative deal analysis.

- The requirement involves We are looking for an analyst with 1-3 years of experience with boutique investment banks, VC funds or banks. Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (1st attempt only) or MBA in Finance. Should have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PPT and other deck-making tools like Canva or Figma Demonstrated leadership skills, maturity, self-starter attitude, ability to create relationships, and a strong intent to learn and evolve.
