This is a third party vendor and not on GS Payroll. It is a full-time role.  Position Overview :  Talent Sourcing Centre of excellence will provide Talent Sourcing support to the Experienced Hire Recruiting team based out of Bangalore.  The position will be based out of Bengaluru and will report into the Talent Sourcing Lead.  Responsibilities :  - Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist for Technology requirements  - Sourcing potential candidates from multiple channels such as social media, CV databases and web mining  - Must have exposure to Sourcing from Naukri & LinkedIn  - Recording all activity accurately on the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)  - Conduct screening interviews and assessments with both active and passive candidates taking the opportunity to assess their suitability, promote Goldman Sachs as an organization, network and gather market intelligence  - React quickly to urgent, business-critical requirements to source, identify, screen and present top talent with fast turn-around times when required  Core Competencies :  - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)  - High attention to detail  - Able to collaborate effectively across all levels & divisions of the organization  - Good time management skills  - Good MS office skills  - Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously & prioritize effectively  - Must be self-starter and highly motivated  - Must be resourceful, critical thinker able to solve problems creatively  Work Experience and Education Guidelines:  - 2-6 Years of work experience in talent acquisition with strong knowledge of end to end recruiting cycle.  - Graduation in any discipline.
