Job Summary & Responsibilities :

- PB Risk and Underwriting is looking for an Analyst to join our Bangalore team focused on bespoke solutions The Prime Services Group within the Global Markets division provides a broad range of specialized services to hedge funds, market makers, agency brokers, proprietary trading groups and institutional clients.

- These broadly cover: margin financing, securities lending, custody & settlement, risk management, execution and clearing services (cash and derivatives), capital introduction, consulting services, corporate action management, and accounting and portfolio analytics.

- Within the PB Risk and Underwriting team, our PB+ team leads the development of new client solutions and facilitates bespoke client transactions by leveraging our institutional capabilities, and making connections across various products, and client segments. With reach across all prime brokerage- business lines, we work directly with sales and trading to structure transactions and financial products to meet the needs of our clients.

- In turn, members of our team develop a diverse book of businesses across multiple product lines, with broad exposure to the firm's global client base. The team works on transactions globally, alongside colleagues in our major offices in the US, EMEA and Asia.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with members of the team across functions

- Collaborate with, and build strong partnerships, across sales, trading and our clients franchise

- Be a part of bespoke or complex transaction execution, including trade negotiation and coordination

- Prepare marketing materials, coordinate trade pricing and present various structures to internal and external stakeholders

- Excellent Analytical Skills

- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented. Passion for solving large scale problems

- Strong combination of organizational and interpersonal / communication skills. Exceptional communicator.

- Strong writing and presentation capabilities required

- Ability to multi-task across various projects and perform each at a high level

- Ability to work effectively with people and strong attention to detail

- Preliminary knowledge of Financial Products
