Job Purpose The ideal candidate will have extensive Financial Services related sales experience and at least 4 years of sales management experience. The Sales Manager will be a team player, committed to building relationships with customers and they will understand how to position Golden Hills within a competitive landscape. This is a newly created role which would give you the opportunity to play a critical role in the growth of Golden Hills Capital, where you will be responsible for business development and managing strategic accounts across India. Responsibilities - Identify and close financial services deals - Engage with clients and partners, ensuring the establishment of long-term and productive strategic relationships - Meet or exceed overall individual sales goals and quotas - Research, establish and develop business contacts with potential customers at the CxO, Director, VP and Sr. VP level. - Leverage extended sales team resources to execute account strategies, driving high-impact business change - Managing the leads (inbound/outbound) through entire sales cycle and work as primary contact for all sales related activities - Customer - centric approach with prior experience interfacing with large enterprises &amp; Banks - Entrepreneurial work ethic, with ability to work in fast paced start up environment. - Develop and improve the business development processes and collateral - Project pitching including preparing presentations and business reports Qualifications: - 5 to 8 years of industry-related sales experience, including at least 4 years of experience in sales management - In-depth knowledge and proficiency in relationship selling of financial solutions similar to Golden Hills - Expertise in software solutions sales within Financial Services - Business management skills (forecasting, pipeline development, expense management) - MBA degree or equivalent (Tier-1 colleges preferred) - Strong existing relationship within BFSI vertical - Experience as the primary account manager for a global federated enterprise working with multiple business units and influencing governance and policy is a plus.
