Key Responsibilities : - Drive user retention through cohort analysis, funnel analysis, user segmentations, trend analysis, and behaviour analysis - Work with the product, marketing, and UX tech team to optimize user journeys and increase user monetization on the app. - Drive revenue per user by improving repeat sales and upselling. - Create framework for WhatsApp/app led communication and/or tele calling based on app usage to improve revenue per user - Track and measure business metrics and goals - Setup and manage dashboards and data reports - Generate actionable insights from the data Required Qualifications and Attributes : - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Knowledge of data mining techniques - Experience of working with analytics tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, mixpanel etc.
