Role : We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to lead the customer success team for Goldsetu. Responsibilities : - Design, develop and automate the customer success processes and framework - Manage the customer success team to ensure smooth and on-time customer onboarding, order processing, order fulfillment, and revenue realization - Coordinate with the sales team for smooth onboarding and servicing of the merchants - Coordinate internally for prompt resolution of any merchant complaints and ensure the best possible customer experience possible - Manage and track the funnel for end-to-end ordering and delivery funnel - Regularly interact with merchants to gather their feedback and understand their current and future requirements Required Qualifications and Attributes : - 3+ years of customer success leadership experience with an e-commerce or a B2B company - Good communication skills - Thoughtful and empathetic by nature
