You should be adept in your understanding of B2B businesses and B2B content writing style and tone as well as formats such as blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, index reports, video scripts, etc as deemed necessary. You should be proficient in writing and communication skills in the English language. You should have the ability to lead conversations from getting inputs from cross-functional teams to planning and executing content as per the objectives laid out. You should be able to produce content fast while adhering to quality standards, and should be flexible and agile in your approach to manoeuvre through a rapid environment to get your work done. You'll spend time on the following: - Work with the Marketing team & cross-functional senior leadership teams to devise and execute the content strategy for GoKwik on a periodic basis on its website & other key customer touch-points. - Ensure adherence to quality standards for content production with measurable outcomes to build a community in the e-commerce & D2C industry. - Content Formats : Blogs, Vlogs, Articles, White papers, Case Studies, NewsLetters, Infographics, Product Videos, Podcasts, Webinars, etc - Understand the buyer's journey and use that knowledge to create the most impactful content for customers at the top, middle, and bottom-of-the-funnel across different products, personas, and verticals. - Help build a robust thought leadership program-working closely with subject matter experts to define their unique voices and topic areas-that builds GoKwik's stance on key topics of e-commerce conversions, RTO, improving GMVs and reducing CACs. - Drive reach, reputation, and revenue with content we produce. We're Excited About You If You Have: - Good academic record and graduated (B.A./ B.M.M/ M.A/ Mass Media/ Journalism) - 5-8 years of experience in writing with last 3-4 years producing content for B2B/ SAAS companies or product/ tech based companies. - Obsession with narrative building - making sure each piece of content produced carries weight. - Knack for detail in grammar, punctuation, language. - Flexible and willing to pitch in on writing projects that may not fall strictly within your job description. - Adaptable, thriving in a rapid-paced environment where many days bring unexpected challenges and opportunities.
