- Responsible of Export and Shipment documentation

- Taking care for shipment planning

- Clearance of bill of material as per the order quantity

- Responsible for Import & domestic purchase

- Conducting regular meeting with production and purchase department with reference to material movement / availability / allocation

- Monitoring of finished goods readiness and quality report

- Coordinating with buyers with reference to planning and shipment

- Negotiation of freight rates with transporter / forwarder / courier

- Should have Specialization Export/Import

- Well experience in EXIM procedures

- Vendor Interaction & communication

- Should be able to handle large team.

- Excellent communicator

- Should be able to handle challenges & overcome

- Minimum avg stability in one company :3 years must.

- Maintain good relationship with Statutory authorities.
