Gokaldas Images - General Manager - Accounts

- Presenting MIS to the Board on periodical basis

- Finalizing and consolidation of all group accounts every quarter and presenting to Board

- Presenting Business Plan as well as Annual Budget to the Board

- Managing treasury of all group companies

Forex management :

- Evaluation of different projects both national and international including acquisitions and presenting to Investment Committee

- Ensuring all internal controls in place and handling all internal audit report observations before the Audit Committee

- Managing both Internal Auditors (outsourced) as well as Statutory auditors

- Ensuring effective IT systems in place for all the units

- Hiring new members for the finance team and keeping them highly motivated all times

- Ensuring credit rating is high and constantly upgraded to the next level.

- Vetting various covenants of all new contracts both legal as well as financial

- Presenting to Board on all legal, financial, regulatory, internal controls and other control compliance issues.

Desired Profile :

- An ambassador of change, a keen strategist with proven ability in providing effective business solution and technical architecture to leverage technology in creating revenue opportunities.

- Hands on experience in finding solutions to the financial or commercial issues, and implementation of merger and acquisitions including target achievements. Strong commercial acumen and well trained in ERP systems.

- Solutions oriented professional with excellent skills of collaborating with project teams, interfacing with clients and deploying technology to build successful solutions for Clients.

- An all rounder intellect having exposure to working in diverse cultural backgrounds; effectively worked in multi-cultural environments.

- Should be able to handle large team.
