About the Role : - Our Driver Partners are key pillars of our business. From delivering food orders to transporting people and goods from one place to another, there is very little that our drivers can't do. As our Product Manager for the Driver App Excellence team, you'll be the gatekeeper of the Core components of the Driver App (home page, communications, driver identity/login, personalization, facial recognition etc) and Platform spaces that allow us to scale rapidly across service types and geographies. - You will own defining the product vision, drive complex product spaces and work with cross functional teams and talented designers, researchers, engineers, and data scientists, to deliver beautifully simple solutions for our Drivers. Your efforts will provide a reliable and high performing foundation that serves our driver-partners, ensuring they are given a frictionless, delightful and highly competitive experience. What You Will Do : - Own OKRs and drive the roadmap for the Driver Excellence team, ensuring alignment with other internal teams & product groups - Collaborate across regions, product areas, and functions to define, lead and execute a holistic strategy to work towards business goals - Structure and lead strategic conversations/meetings with cross-functional stakeholders - Define precise and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences - Leverage user research, usability studies, market research, experiments, and data analysis and translate them into requirements that solve real problems for a large set of users; partner with design/research team to facilitate problem-solving/co-design sessions - Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business and marketing teams to formulate problem statements, develop launch strategy, and create product messaging and training - Be the voice of drivers - Constantly be in touch with drivers, actively listening with genuine empathy, in order to better articulate and prioritize their pains and gain, and validate designs and experiences before executing them. What You Will Need : - A Bachelor's or Master's degree (or an equivalent degree), preferably in engineering or management - At least 4 years of experience working as a product manager delivering highly successful and innovative consumer Internet products, exhibiting stellar design taste and product instincts - An analytical, data-driven, quantitative mindset; a love for digging into data to understand what's happening and to define & measure success on every project, with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features - Ability to break down complex problems and identify use cases and solutions that can be reused across multiple areas - A nuanced understanding of data, design & research, software engineering, and business processes and the ability to partner effectively with those teams - Excellent communication skills with the ability to weave strategy, insights, priorities, and plan forward into a structured and organized storyline at all levels of management - Sharp attention to detail and the ability to insist on high standards while managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision - Ability to collaborate with agile product development teams and excitement about identifying new ways to help your team be more effective About The Team : - The Driver Platform team is an integral part of the entire Gojek ecosystem. We're responsible for building apps used by millions of driver-partners every day. Our apps are operational across multiple countries in the Southeast Asian region, including Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, and are growing rapidly.
