Job Description :
Location : Gurgaon
Role : Project Manager
Team : InGoMMT(Online products)
Experience : 8 to 10 Years
The Incumbent must :
- Understand agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
- Understand the software development lifecycle, various prioritization techniques involved in product planning
- Have strong understanding of the various metrics to be tracked across the entire lifecycle
- Is an excellent team player and team builder
- Is assertive and willing to make the tough calls when needed
- Champions continuous improvement in the workspace and the projects
- Is able to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline and time zone sensitive work environment
- Has experience with mobile technology and ecommerce industry desirable
- Has excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse cultural teams
- Is able to understand technical issues at a high level so that they can be effectively communicated across teams
- Is able to coach the team to reach their highest potential
- Is able to deal with multiple projects and deadlines and be able to communicate the delays well ahead of the time it occurs.
- Has strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Understanding of jira and excel/ google docs is a must
- Should be able to work under ambiguous environments and situations
Experience :
- Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent agile certification) with 8 plus years project management with at least 6+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Manager in an Agile PLM setup
- Experience in Travel Domain is a huge advantage
- Working with cross-functional technology/ product teams in a high performance set-up is mandatory
Education :
- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience
- PMI Certification is a plus (can substitute for the Agile certifications)
- MBA would be a an added advantage
