The Quality Assurance Manager Assures Consistent Quality Of Production By Developing And Enforcing Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (Gamp) Systems; Validating Processes; Providing Documentation; Managing Staff.
- Candidates Must Be Results-driven, Flexible And Project A Positive, Professional Attitude.
- The Candidate Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate In English With Internal And External Clients Through All Available Mediums.
Responsibilities Include :
- Determining, Negotiating And Agreeing On In-house Quality Procedures, Standards And Specifications
- Assessing Customer Requirements And Ensuring That These Are Met
- Setting Customer Service Standards
- Specifying Quality Requirements Of Raw Materials With Suppliers
- Investigating And Setting Standards For Quality And Health And Safety
- Working With Operating Staff To Establish Procedures, Standards, Systems And Procedures
- Writing Management And Technical Reports And Customers- Charters
- Determining Training Needs Of The Store Owners
- Acting As A Catalyst For Change And Improvement In Performance And Quality
- Directing Objectives To Maximise Profitability
- Recording, Analysing And Distributing Statistical Information
- Monitoring Performance Of The Store Owners In Terms Of Compliance Of Quality And Restaurant Packing Personnel
