Key Responsibilities :-

- Developing new customers through market research and analysis for the region.

- Generating New Business for FTL.

- Handling sales team & Coordinator with Operation For Entire Region

- Handling existing business and extract more business from existing clients.

- Managing the newly on boarded customers within the region thereby increasing the revenue.

- Building dashboard and report on sales and operational data to improve the efficiency.

- Managing sales pipeline, follow through and maintain excellent relationship with existing customers.

- Monitoring, tracking, and following up with internal operations team to ensure timely delivery.

- Preparing presentations for high valued customers and reviewing their data on monthly basis for improving the business.

- Handling the customer escalations and ensuring accurate payment collection

- Handling and monitoring existing set of distributors to ensure a smooth business process and ensuring good channel sales process.

- Preparing the performance reports of existing set of distributors to plan and monitor their performance and growth.

- Revenue generation through primary sales and effective management of stakeholders for secondary sales.

- Overall head and work as Profit Centre Head.

- Fleet establishment and reduce the cost.

- On Time departure and ensure to meet T.A.T.

- Daily monitor for COD collection and remittance to H.O.

- Work on Service Level efficiency to reduce the network Transit Time.

- Co-ordinate and follow-up on daily basis with Operations Team for vehicle placement against rate contract

- Review vehicle placement failure, analyses the cause and take corrective action

- Support Central team and Area team in Vendor Development

- Monitor and review deployment of own fleet and ensure utilization as per internal norms.

- Person should be strong in managing multiple territories and have at least 10 years of experience

- Should have in depth knowledge of Traffic activities /Operations/Vehicle Placement

- Must possess knowledge of various types of Vehicles such as Open body/Container body/Trailers/Hydraulic Axle etc.

- Have strong communication skills in supervision of team and be a team player & self-motivated

- Should be work focused and desire to grow within the organization
