Job Responsibilities:

- Help in developing and adapting the company vision to the changing business environment.

- Mentor and provide guidance to your team with a focus on helping them achieve their goals, grow as team members, and create successful experiences for our customers.

- Have complete responsibility for customer relationships and will be held accountable for total account sales, margins and overall relationship status.

- Exceed quarterly/annual acquisition and retention key performance metrics.

- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company's ambitious growth.

- Working to stringent targets, also he will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.

- Develop expertise in the ticketing/registration industry by identifying trends, market challenges, and competitive offerings in your territory.

- Conduct accurate team forecasting and revenue delivery.

Requirements:

- A great experience and network in the Online ticketing Industry in the field of Events.

- 5 to 8 years of progressive sales and marketing experience involving promoting and selling systems or concepts that increase client sales and brand value.

- An individual with the highest levels of energy, determination and sales ability is a must, combined with excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.

- You must have impeccable relationship building skills with a proven track record of sales and a desire to work for a start-up, market-leading company that can offer significant career growth.

- High motivation and intelligence with expert interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.

- Proven ability to build and execute on go-to-market strategies driving towards revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics.

- A customer-focused mindset and an eye towards service delivery, customer engagement, and success management.

- Firm understanding of how to identify target customers, evaluate buyer interest, recognize decision-making processes, handle objections, and close the business.

- The ability to successfully collaborate and align with a team and organizational objectives with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Ability to operate independently and flexible in a start-up environment which is both demanding and multicultural.

- Comfort creating sales and marketing materials and presenting in public.
