We are on the lookout for passionate individuals who want to want to be a part of the core team and drive the next phase of cutting-edge fintech innovation. As our 1st Product Manager, you will: - Be a core team member and ride alongside the founders in a high-growth journey - Gain a deep understanding of goDutch's customer base, identify and fill product gaps, generate newer ideas to improve customer experience, and drive efficiency by incorporating changes in product design and functionality - Translate the product &amp; growth roadmap into detailed requirements and prototypes as well as project manage the backlog and end delivery - Create PRDs, agile stories, wireframes and establish key performance metrics for new feature and initiatives - Prioritize experiments and product changes in close collaboration with engineering, design and growth team so as to move the needle across the entire funnel - from new user acquisition all the way through customer retention and engagement - Be data-driven and take ownerships of all product metrics. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, MoEngage, Clevertap, etc is expected - Work out of our office in Andheri East, Mumbai We are looking for: - 2-6 years of work experience in product management (must-have) - Strong preference for candidates who've worked for a consumer-facing product company or a fintech company - Ideal candidate would have a proven hustler mentality, solid communication skills, great interpersonal skills and strong execution capabilities
