Senior Manager - Head Asset Management, GPL HO The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring the health of the entire portfolio of GPL Projects and serve as a lead indicator on any risks and mitigation strategies. Your Roles & Responsibilities : - Preferably from a Real Estate Developer/ PE Fund or Consulting background with a strong experience in Strategy domain. - Experience in managing real estate assets (or real estate fund management) would be an added advantage. - Experience either in Mumbai and NCR market would be preferred. - Combination of Consulting + RE Developer would be preferred; not mandatory though. - Analytically solid and strong on initiative. - Must be strong in Financial Modelling skills.
